After 20 years of training new and newly experienced sales representatives for a career in Real Estate, I have come to the conclusion that most trainers miss the key component of what a new sales person really requires - a workable Real Estate BUSINESS PLAN.

The second most overlooked component that the sales person requires is effective marketing materials such as a professional Listing Presentation and then knowledge in the use of these materials.

In general, most training programs are based around what the agent should be saying and doing during the course of a particular real estate experience. They do not address the fact that the agent has to create the opportunity before the experience can take place.

No agent will be successful over the long term without creating a system that will generate leads on an on-going basis. It is too expensive and to demanding to be continually searching for new business. The sales person must develop a PLAN that will generate business continuously.

Therefore, I have developed a training course for our sales representatives that not only covers all the basics normally found in real estate training courses but one that assists them in creating a long term, workable BUSINESS PLAN specific to their personal strengths and capabilities.

Along with  the 14 part training program covering all the basics, we provide email and print marketing capabilities and a complete professional Listing presentation which can also be run on a laptop.

Through the years we have absolutely proven that those agents who adhere to the "Plan" will succeed with their Real Estate careers. It is no longer a matter of "if" they will succeed but simply "how long" it will take.
